Tour Itinerary:

You will be picked up by a night sleeper bus between 19:30 and 20:00 for the transfer from Hanoi to Ha Giang. 16:30 for the transfer from Ninh Binh to Ha Giang. 17:00 from Cat Ba to Ha Giang. The bus will arrive early in the morning on the next day. We will provide you with homestay Quiri Ha Giang Hostel  accommodation for sleeping until 8 am before the tour starts.

DAY 1: HA GIANG – BAC SUM PASS – HEAVEN GATE – HANDICRATF – YEN MINH : 100k

8:30 am and will guide everyone through the preparation tasks. The tour guide will also provide a detailed introduction of the itinerary using a map. For customers who choose to self-drive, we will allocate time to practice driving.

– As Ha Giang is one of the most dangerous roads in northern Vietnam, careful preparation is necessary. For customers with large luggage, you can leave it at hostel because after the trip, we will be picked up by the bus at the office in the end of the trip.

11:30 am: Enjoy a wonderful lunch at Quiri Peninsula restaurant and bar with delicious dishes. Ourtour guide and team will take care of the preparation tasks. 12:00 am: Start the trip with the amazing view that’s just about 20km from the city. We will admire the beauty of nature’s mountains and forests, the green color of bamboo trees blending with the flowing flowing, immense dams blocking the rivers, creating a majestic scenery. Riding uphill to BacSum Pass. The road to the top consists of 20 winding curves, often referred to as the ‘snake road.’ From the summit, you will be able to enjoy a panoramic view of the landscape and valleys, where hidden villages of ethnic minority groups can be seen.Afterwards, our tour will continue to the Heaven Gate in Tam Son, which is located at an altitude of over 1200m above sea level. Here, you can witness a spectacular landscape with magnificent limestone mountains and vast deep valleys.Next, we will ride to a viewpoint to see the Twins Hill and visit a clay house village called Nam Dam. This village is home to 100% Dao ethnic minority people, and you will have the opportunity to learn about their local culture and the unique architecture of their clay houses.

 

15:00 pm : Our tour guide will take you to visit a local family who uses ‘hemp’ to weave fabric and create traditional clothes. You will experience their daily life and witness the traditional craftsmanship of the indigenous ethnic people, with enthusiastic guidance from our tour guide. Afterwards, we will continue our motorcycle journey along the river towards Yen Minh, where we will spend the night. Along the way to Yen Minh, we will traverse many lesser- known country roads, allow us to witness the most breathtaking landscapes and explore some hidden villages. We will also make a stop at the peak of the loop road to admire an overview of the valley.

17:00 pm : Arrive in Yen Minh Town and stay at a homestay. It’s your free time now, so you can rest, have some beer, or take an shower after a tiring day of driving.

DAY 2: YEN MINH – THAM MA ROAD – H’MONG KING PALACE – LUNG CU FLAG TOWER – THIEN HUONG ANCIENT VILLAGE – DONG VAN: 80 KM

8:30am:   having breakfast in the homastay and preparation for the long drving day.

9:30am from Dong Van our riders will take about an hour for driving to get to Tham Ma Road one of the biggest challenges for the horses that used to live here in the past. This road consists of 9 Winding curves, which looks very beautiful. Due to its steep incline, it has made many horses in Ha Giang give up, which is why it is called ‘Tham Ma’ in Sino-Vietnamese, meaning ‘testing horses’.

10:30am: we will reach the palace of the king who once ruled the entire mountain region in the 18th century when this mountain area was very wild. You will be able to admire the wonderful architecture of the ancient Hmong people and learn more about Vietnamese history, culture, and the formation of the people in this

area. This is an opportunity for you to gain more knowledge and deepen your understanding of this place.

13:00pm: Up to visit Lung Cu Flag Pole, where you see the border area from Vietnam and China territory. The views are splendid and huge from the flag pole or observating point for looking out. then we have time will visit a village call us Lo Lo Chai where small group of ethnic minority live in Vietnam is Lo Lo see they tradition house build by clay… and we will have lunch at local restaurant.

 

15:00pm: Thien Huong Ancient Village is an ideal destination for those who want to explore the culture and heritage of the Vietnamese people. You can stroll through the narrow streets, admire the village gates and ancient temples.

1700pm: We will arrive to Dong Van late afternoon, just in time to enjoy a good dinner after a long day full of adventures.

DAY 3: DONG VAN – MA PI LENG PASS – MEO VAC TOWN – MAU DUE VALLEY – HA GIANG : 130 KM

9:00 am : After enjoying a delicous breakfast, we will departure from Dong Van Town. Our motobike rider will take you to witness the most beautiful section of the entire journey, which is located on the Happiness Road conecting Dong Van and Meo Vac. This section is know as Ma Pi Leng Pass, famous for its regged clifts and breathtaking views. It is considered the most challenging pass in the northern region and often referred to as the ”king ” of passes in Vietnam. The road winds through the cliffs reaches an altitude of 2,000 meters as it crosses Ma Pi Leng pass.

12:00 am : On the motobike ride to witness the panoramic view of Ma Pi Leng Pass, capturing unforgettable pictures. Standing at the peak of the pass, you will be awed by the grandeur of the surrounding moutains and rivers. We will then proceed with our journey to more remote villages , where you will gain insights into the lives of people in the distant parts of Vietnam. The region boats natural landscapes in their beauty , with colossal walls, abundant granite outcrops, picturesque rice terraces that reach up to the sky , hanging valleys, and roads carved into the moutainsides.

01:00 pm : We will make a pit stop fo lunch and drinks in Mau Due. From Mau Due town, we will continue our journey through the trail road area of Ha Giang province to reach Du Gia village. Di Gia is known for its amazing landscape and is a famous village where seven ethnic minority groups coexist.

16:30 : Our adventure ends at Quiri Ha Giang Hostel , allowing you plenty of time to catch the bus
